Located in a rural setting of quiet beauty near Mount Forest , Ontario (one hour from Guelph , Kitchener , Stratford and Owen Sound, 2 hours from Toronto and Hamilton ) the Glen Tara Centre offers a versatile venue for a wide range of activities.

The facilities include a modern, spacious well- furnished and decorated house (comfortably sleeps 12 -15 people) with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, laundry facilities, dining room, upper and lower level activity areas.

The facilities also include, A bright and spacious 13' X 29' studio/sanctuary for group activities, meetings or presentations, a stone fireplace, woodstove and beautiful views.

You can also explore Glen Tara's 100 rolling acres of superb forests, meadows, streams, and wetlands utilizing the extensive walking/riding trails.

Also on-site are a barn and stable facilities with 60' by 120' indoor riding arena, outdoor sand ring, 18 stalls, tack room and fenced paddocks.

Uses for the Glen Tara Centre include:
  • Group weekend/overnight retreats - excellent venue for artistic and spiritual groups
  • Workshops and educational activities
